Hi, I’m Rayna, a passionate real estate agent with a soft spot for a very specific kind of client: young professionals building toward a growing family, and families planning for intergenerational living.

I get it, because I’m living it. I live with 4 generations on the same property... so “planning for the long haul” and making sure family is taken care of is kind of in my blood. I know what it’s like to think past the next five years and ask bigger questions: Will this home still work when the family grows? Is there room for a parent, a grandparent, an in-law, or a grown child to stay close? Does this neighborhood support the kind of life we’re actually trying to build, not just the one we can afford right now?

That’s the lens I bring to every client relationship. If you’re planning for intergenerational living (aging parents, adult kids, or multiple generations under one roof), I know how to evaluate a home for that, not just for resale value.

I work primarily in Boston, with deep knowledge of Dorchester, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale and Roxbury. I also know Greater Boston’s south and west suburbs, such as Norwood, Dedham, Canton, Milton and Quincy very well. I still believe the best real estate advice comes from someone who actually understands what you’re building your life toward.
